Super Lawyers has named Seth Harris a Super Lawyer in the area of Personal Injury for the 10th consecutive year. Super Lawyers has also named Blake Goldfarb and Alison Keenan as 2017 “Rising Stars”. Candidates for this honor must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less, and it is presented to no more than 2.5 percent of all attorneys in the state. Blake has previously been included on the Super Lawyers’ list.

highlighted verdicts. The fourteen jury verdicts totaled over $7.9 million and were among the top verdicts by category in 2011. The verdicts were regarding cases involving Construction Accidents, Government, Intentional Torts, Motor Vehicle Accidents (Bus), Motor Vehicle Accident (Pedestrian), Negligence, and Premises Liability. Three of these verdicts resulted in over $1 million and continues to demonstrate Burns & Harris’ continued ability to win significant verdicts at trial year after year. The 2011 verdicts include a $1.2 million jury verdict in a case arising from a construction worker that claimed a foreign object permanently damaged his eye (Vassell v.
